• Manage Misbehaviour Positively – Use de-escalation, restorative practices, and positive reinforcement.
• Support Individual & School-Wide Change – Develop interventions that benefit both students and the whole school.
• Reflect & Improve – Continuously refine approaches through self-reflection and collaboration.
